6 Sprouts Salad For Weight Loss

Sprouts Salad For Weight Loss. If you want to lose weight in an easy way without exercising, then you must focus on your diet. Include a variety of spouts in your diet, which help you lose weight while being healthy. Let’s know about them-

1. Whole Green Gram and chickpeas Salad

Soak 1-1 cup whole green gram and chickpeas gram for 6-7 hrs. Remove its water and tie it on a clean cotton cloth and tie it all night. Take out the sprouts in a bowl. Add grated carrot, finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, cucumber, lemon juice and salt and toss.

Special Tip: chickpeas gram has high amount of fiber and protein.

  • Both of these help in weight loss.
  • Low calorie vegetables, such as green chillies, lemon juice and cucumber have a lot of weight loss property.
  • Mixing these low calorie vegetables in salad also increases the test.

2. Plain Green Gram Split Spouts Salad

Heat a little oil in the pan, and sprinkle mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Mix chopped ginger and green chilli, mix green gram split sprouts, pepper powder, salt, lemon juice and cook for 1 minute and eat.

3. Fenugreek Sprouts and Potato Salad

Soak 1 cup of fenugreek in water overnight. If they germinate, then cut them and drain it. Add chopped onions, boiled potatoes, green chillies, lemon juice, olive oil and salt and toss.

Special Tip: Potatoes have fewer calories and are rich in nutrients, which sometimes helps in weight loss.

If you want, you can add other weight loss vegetables like broccoli, green peas, spinach, sweet potato, etc.

Fenugreek regulates blood sugar levels.

  • It also improves digestive system.

4. Sprouts and Fruit Salad

Add 1 cup green gram split sprouts, half a cup of water, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and a pinch of salt in the cooker and cook till it becomes soft. Keep in mind, sprouts should not be too soft.

Drain the water of the spouts into a bowl. Add chopped banana, apple, pomegranate, lemon juice, chaat masala, cumin powder, black salt, salt and pepper powder and mix well.

Special Tip: In Sprouts and Fruit Salad, you can add any fruit or seasonal fruits as you wish.

5. Green Gram Split Sprouts and Corn Salad

Add lemon juice, salt, red chili powder and chaat masala to 1-1 cup Green Gram Split sprouts and boiled corn and toss well.

6. Wheat Sprouts Salad

Soak 1 cup of wheat grains all night. Wake up in the morning and drain the water. Add chopped apples, grated carrots, cabbage, 1-1 tbsp honey, lemon juice and olive oil and mix well.

Note: While making the Wheat Sprouts Salad, you can add any vegetable or fruits as per your wish.
